HI,

A user is trying to send email to a specific domain and gets the error:
Reason: The message could not be delivered because the domain name (ourclientcompanyname.com) does not have any DNS records.
and sometimes:
MailEnable: Message delivery has been delayed.
Message is waiting at our.server.com for delivery to client.mailserver.com.
The message will be retried for another 12 hours.
Reason: Mail server for ourclientserver.com could not be contacted at this time.
MailEnable will keep trying to deliver this message and will notify you of
any progress.
Any ides what's going on here?

Any help will be apprecited.
